You may have heard that Joe Jackson was trying to sue Michael's doctor for wrongful death. What you may not know is that Joe Jackson, in a separate case, is trying to get a $20,000/month allowance from Michael's estate! My opinion-that money should be reserved for Michael's children and their education, cost of their care, etc.
Oh, another thing that rubs me wrong in this whole thing is that in the wrongful death case, Katherine Jackson and Michael's 3 children are named as NOMINAL parties. What?????? You have got to be kidding!
